Avoca Friends of the River and the children from Avoca Primary School will join the representatives from the North Central Catchment Management Authority to plant over 700 trees along stage 1 of the riverside nature trail commencing at the Railway bridge on Tuesday 3rd August 2010 at 10am to coincide with National Tree Day.
There will be a BBQ lunch at the conclusion of the planting session.
Members of the community are welcome to come along and help the children to amke a difference along our river.
